SECTION 01 32 16 <br />CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS SCHEDULE <br />PART1 GENERAL <br />1.01 SUMMARY <br />A. Section Includes administrative and procedural requirements for Contractor's Construction <br />Progress Schedules. <br />1.02 SUBMITTALS <br />A. Procedures: Section 01 33 00. <br />B. Submit to Engineer the Construction Progress Schedule in the form and quantity required in <br />Section 01 33 00 - Submittals, and as required for electronic communications. <br />C. Construction Progress Schedule: <br />1. Submit a preliminary Construction Progress Schedule. <br />2. Revise the preliminary Construction Progress Schedule in accordance with Engineer's <br />comments to create the final (aka baseline) Construction Progress Schedule. <br />3. Contractor will not be eligible for progress payment until the baseline Construction Progress <br />Schedule is acceptable to Engineer. <br />4. Not less than 10 days before submission of the first Application for Payment, a conference, <br />attended by Contractor, Engineer, and others as appropriate, will be held to review the <br />preliminary Construction Progress Schedule submitted. Promptly after the conference, <br />Contractor shall revise the preliminary Construction Progress Schedule, in accordance with <br />Engineer's comments, and submit to Engineer the acceptable Construction Progress <br />Schedule. <br />5. Updates: Submit updated Construction Progress Schedule when: <br />a. The Contract time has changed. <br />b. Requested by Engineer. <br />D. Qualifications Statements <br />E. Planned Work Schedule with Constraints <br />F. Progress Schedule <br />G. Look -Ahead Schedules <br />H. Progress Schedule Updates <br />I. Time Impact Analyses <br />J. Recovery Schedules <br />1.03 REFERENCES. <br />A. Defined Terms: <br />1. "Activity" is an element of the Work that has the following specific characteristics: <br />consumes time, requires resources, has a definable start and finish, is assignable, and is <br />measurable. <br />2. "Baseline Progress Schedule" means, in addition to the General Conditions' definition of <br />"Progress Schedule", the version of the Progress Schedule for the entire Project, initially <br />accepted by the Engineer. In the event of subsequent modifications to the Project, <br />Contractor and Engineer may mutually agree that a subsequent revision of the Progress <br />Reservoir 3 Replacement Phase 1 <br />Work Order No. UP3739 01 32 16 <br />CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS SCHEDULE March 2024 <br />
