9. Construction Progress Schedule: To be submitted as required by Section 00 72 00, Part <br />5 "Progress and Completion", of the Contract Documents by the Contractor within ten <br />calendar days, or such time as determined by the City, after the date of receipt of Notice <br />to Proceed. <br />10. Traffic Control Plan: Standard Traffic Control Plans are included in the City's Design and <br />Construction Standards. If, and to the extent, such plans are not sufficient, complete or <br />adequate to support the Bidder's planned means and methods of performing the Work, the <br />Bidder must develop an adequate, complete and sufficient traffic control plan at its cost, <br />that shall be submitted for the City's approval prior to construction. Deviation from the <br />Standard Plans must be submitted by the Contractor and approved by the City prior to <br />construction. <br />11. Disposal Sites: Provide the City with the location of all disposal sites to be used, and also <br />provide copies of the permits and approvals for such disposal sites.
