FINAL SOW 4/30/2024 4 <br /> <br /> <br />Assumptions & Exclusions <br />· City to provide all existing documents for the project site. <br />· No cultural or historic artifacts will be encountered during field work. <br />· No deep machine testing will be needed. <br />· Project will not require a cultural landscape evaluation. <br />· Traffic studies will not be required. <br />· City will provide standard plans, details and specification requirements. <br />· Permit fees will be paid by the City. <br />· All utilities are available adjacent to the property and are of sufficient capacity to service the <br />project without further review and without a required Developer’s Extension Agreement. <br />· Evaluation of chemical properties of soil and groundwater, or presence of wetlands are not <br />included. <br />· Assume to presentations to City Council, Parks Board or other community engagement. <br />· If needed, city will provide any services that would be performed by a certified arborist. <br />· Infiltration data and report on adjacent PUD site adequate for use in this project. <br />· Assume irrigation or seasonal watering provided by City. <br />· Assume SEPA is not required. <br />· Survey will not set parcel corners. <br /> <br />Additional Services <br />· All other services not outlined above including additional field investigations, meetings, <br />revisions, format changes, studies, estimates, presentations or correspondence, federal or state <br />permitting will be considered additional services. <br />· Tree identification and risk assessment by a certified Arborist. <br />· Structural, shoring, or electrical engineering. <br />· Photometrics. <br />· Monitoring. <br />· Community outreach. <br /> <br />Reimbursables <br />· Printing and plotting <br />· Mileage shall be reimbursed at the federally approved standard mileage rate.
