Dates <br />Project Team <br />Project Address <br /> <br />Project Services <br />2023 - Present <br />Terrane <br />9929 NE 180th Street <br />Bothell, Washington 98011 <br />Boundary & Topographic Survey <br />The Park at Bothell Landing <br />For this Master Plan project, Terrane computed parcels for boundary determination, plotted bearings and <br />dimensions, established survey control to site, and performed a full boundary survey staking exterior lot corners. Our <br />working included locating lines of occupation/fences and plot encroachments, if any. Additionally, we’re performing <br />a full topographic survey within the provided markup (2-foot contours, NAVD 88 Datum).
