4 <br /> Assist the City with analyzing scope, schedule, and budget options to stay within the MACC. <br /> <br />o 60% Cost Estimate (Design Development level) <br /> Services consist of developing a probable construction cost from quantity surveys and <br />unit costs of building elements for the project. <br /> Parametric costs reflect the level of the 60% design documents, plus appropriate design <br />contingencies to encompass unidentified scope ultimately included in the program. <br /> Assist the City with analyzing scope, schedule, and budget options to stay within the <br />MACC. <br />o 90% Cost Estimate (Pre-Bid Construction Documents level) <br /> Services consist of developing a probable construction cost from quantity surveys and <br />unit costs of building elements for the project. <br /> Parametric costs reflect the level of the 90% design documents, plus appropriate design <br />contingencies to encompass unidentified scope ultimately included in the program. <br /> Assist the City with analyzing scope, schedule, and budget options to stay within the <br />MACC. <br />1.4 CONDITIONS OF THE AGREEMENT <br />• The City has not prepared a detailed scope for the design phase work to be performed under this <br />contract. The City will provide a scope of work outline to the selected consultant. The selected <br />consultant will enter into a Professional Services Agreement, which will establish a maximum contract <br />amount. The City will authorize some or all of the work elements described above on a task basis. <br />• The contract form used for this project is the City of Everett standard Professional Services Agreement. <br />• The Professional Services Agreement is included in the Appendix. <br />
