4  Assist the City with analyzing scope, schedule, and budget options to stay within the MACC. o 60% Cost Estimate (Design Development level)  Services consist of developing a probable construction cost from quantity surveys and unit costs of building elements for the project.  Parametric costs reflect the level of the 60% design documents, plus appropriate design contingencies to encompass unidentified scope ultimately included in the program.  Assist the City with analyzing scope, schedule, and budget options to stay within the MACC. o 90% Cost Estimate (Pre-Bid Construction Documents level)  Services consist of developing a probable construction cost from quantity surveys and unit costs of building elements for the project.  Parametric costs reflect the level of the 90% design documents, plus appropriate design contingencies to encompass unidentified scope ultimately included in the program.  Assist the City with analyzing scope, schedule, and budget options to stay within the MACC. 1.4 CONDITIONS OF THE AGREEMENT • The City has not prepared a detailed scope for the design phase work to be performed under this contract. The City will provide a scope of work outline to the selected consultant. The selected consultant will enter into a Professional Services Agreement, which will establish a maximum contract amount. The City will authorize some or all of the work elements described above on a task basis. • The contract form used for this project is the City of Everett standard Professional Services Agreement. • The Professional Services Agreement is included in the Appendix.
