7 ro Section 3 : There is hereby established a Local Improvement District to be called Local Improvement District No. 41D , which district shall include the following described property, to-wit: Lots Block Addition 17 to 32 Inc 1 Norman's Addition 1 to 16 " 2 „ TT 1 to 6 " 329 16th St. Addition 17 to 32 " 330 Div "X" 17 to 32 Inc 357 " " Unplatted property: Beginning at the Int . of the E. property line of Cedar St . and the N. property line of 18th St . , the point of beginning, thence East along the North property line of 18th St . a distance of 132 ft . thence N. 755 ft . to the south line of alley; thence W. 132 ft. to East property line of Cedar St; thence south along East property line of Cedar St . 755 ft. to point of beginning. Section 4 : That a special fund is hereby created to be called Local Improvement District Fund No • 410, which shall consist in the aggregate of the several amounts assessed, levied and collected on the several lots, tracts and parcels of land in said Local Improvement District and the proceeds of the sale of all of the bonds of said district, for the purpose of defraying the cost and expenses of such improvement . Out of said fund shall be paid the bonds, interest thereon and the entire cost of such improvement. Section 5 ; The costs and expenses of such improvement shall be defrayed by special assessment , payable in ten (10) equalinnual installments with interest thereon at the rate of seven (7) percent per annum under the mode of payment by bonds, as provided by law and the Ordinances of said city Bonds bearing interest at the rate of seven (7 ) percent per annum, payal e on or before twelve (12) years from date of issue shall be issued in payment of the cost and expense of such improvement, or the City of Everett may , at its election, sell said bonds and make payment in cash in the manner providd by the ordinances of said city. j?Zeti---,--7..--24;47 v yor Passed: O t 9 924 Attest : �„ , Ci Clerk Published: October lath. 1924
