Temporary erosion control measures appeared to be performing adequately at the time of <br />our site visit. <br />We have been providing geotechnical consultation and construction monitoring services on a full-time basis. Our findings <br />and conclusions are based on specific observations made while on site. In our opinion, the piles observed today were <br />installed correctly and in general accordance with project plans.
