DRAINAGE REPORT <br />Miller Residence Drain <br />1.0 PROJECT OVERVIEW <br />June 2023 <br />The project involves the construction of a structural retaining wall and improved stormwater mitigation <br />located at 591h Street SW in Everett, Washington. The project location is bounded by 591h Street SW to <br />the north, a single-family residence to the west, and City of Everett Parks -Recreation property to the <br />east and south. The site is mostly steep across the entire property sloping to the southwest. Existing <br />drainage is currently being directed to the south slope causing erosion and instability. The site has been <br />disturbed by a landslide scarp running the entire parcel width. Proposed site development will include a <br />structural retaining wall to stabilize the slope and stormwater dispersion trench. The project location is <br />shown in Figure 1.
