DRAINAGE REPORT <br />Miller Residence Drain <br />June 2023 <br />GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT <br />The project proposes construction of a structural retaining wall and updating the stormwater <br />management to mitigate ongoing erosion and instability of landslide scarp as shown in Figure 2, Figure <br />3, and Figure 4 below. The overall project site is shown in Figure land is approximately 0.52 acres in <br />total area base on Map Everett. The existing concrete walkways and patio cover approximately 1,481 <br />square feet (0.034 acres), existing house covers approximately 3,441 square feet (0.079 acres), and the <br />landscape covers 1,176 square feet (0.027 acres). The total impervious coverage of the parcel covers <br />4,922 square feet (0.113 acres). See Table 1 for a summary of impervious and pervious coverage.
