The construction type for the building should be specified in the"Code Information"section on <br /> Sheet A1.0. See IBC Sections 107.2.1 and 602.1. <br /> A: Code Information has been updated on A1.0 <br /> Fire Protection: <br /> 2. It is anticipated that fire-rated construction may be required for some of the horizontal and <br /> vertical assemblies based on the occupancy change of the lower level and depending on the <br /> construction type. Additional details for the construction of the building framing system, <br /> including but not limited to the exterior walls, interior walls and columns, floor, and roof, should <br /> be provided as needed.
