Continuing with the previous comments, modifications to the stair width will impact the <br /> required aisle clearances addressed in other comments. <br /> .a, Minimum aisle clearances have been reviewed and dimensioned. See A2.2 <br /> c. The rear corridor in the Lower Floor Plan on Sheet A2.2 should specify a minimum width of <br /> 44 inches per IBC Table 1020.2. <br /> a. Dimension added to rear Corridor to verify minimum width. See A2.2 <br /> d. The Kitchen Door leading to the Main Level rear corridor swings into the corridor and <br /> obstructs the width. The door swing should be reversed. Note that reversing the swing will <br /> have conflicts with accessibility requirements per ICC A117.1-09 Figure 404.2.3.2. The main dining area at Lower Floor should be provided with maximum occupant load sign per <br /> IBC Section 1004.9. The location of the signs should be specified in the floor plans. <br /> a. The following comments should be addressed for the exit signs: <br /> a. The Main Floor signs at the front exit and the rear corridor should be relocated for visibility. <br /> a. Signs are existing and are visible. <br /> b. An additional sign should be provided at the Lower Floor at the entrance to the rear corridor <br /> from the Seating Area. <br /> a.
