EXHIBIT A – SCOPE OF WORK <br />3 <br /> <br />● The identification of underserved communities through data <br />● Equity analysis, in collaboration with appropriate partners, <br />focused on initial equity impact assessments of the proposed <br />projects and strategies, and population characteristics. <br />(6) Are both of the following true? <br /> <br />● The plan development included an assessment of current <br />policies, plans, guidelines, and/or standards to identify <br />opportunities to improve how processes prioritize safety; and <br />● The plan discusses implementation through the adoption of <br />revised or new policies, guidelines, and/or standards. <br />REQUIRED <br />(7) Does the plan identify a comprehensive set of projects and strategies to address the safety <br />problems in the Action Plan, time ranges when projects and strategies will be deployed, and explain <br />project prioritization criteria? <br />(8) Does the plan include all of the <br />following? <br />● A description of how progress will be measured over time <br />that includes, at a minimum, outcome data. <br />● The plan is posted publicly online. <br />REQUIRED <br />(9) Was the plan finalized and/or <br />last updated between 2017 and <br />2022? <br />NOTE: This requirement is anticipated to be changed to 2018 to <br />2025. <br />STUDY AREA <br />The SAP study area includes City of Everett, WA incorporated boundaries. Study area includes <br />arterials, collectors, and local roads. <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />CONSULTANT will complete the following tasks leading to a SAP. <br />Task 1: Project Management <br />Purpose: Monitor scope, schedule, and budget to complete the SAP within schedule, communicate with <br />the City Project Manager regarding project status, discuss action items. <br />CONSULTANT will conduct project management activities throughout the project: <br />1. Regular communication with the City project manager (assume 2-hrs/week) <br />2. Bi-Weekly Extended PMT meetings (virtually, 38 PMT meetings) <br />3. Review progress to date against the project budget and schedule <br />4. Manage subconsultant progress, schedule, and invoicing <br />5. Prepare monthly invoices (submitted monthly, 18 invoices)
