EXHIBIT A – SCOPE OF WORK <br />4 <br /> <br />Deliverables: Meetings, agendas, and summaries as applicable; monthly invoice; progress report; <br />schedule updates. <br />Task 2: Planning Structure <br />Purpose: Plan and conduct SAP Steering Team meetings and Planning Tea m Workshops. <br />CONSULTANT will plan and conduct the following meetings: <br />1. Steering Team meetings (monthly, 18 virtual meetings) <br />2. SAP Workshops: <br />● SAP Workshop #1 – Safety Launch: See Task 3.1. <br />● SAP Workshop #2 – Safety Analysis: See Task 4.4 <br />● SAP Workshop #3 – Strategy and Project Type Recommendations. See Task 8.2 <br />● SAP Workshop #4 – SAP Report/Implementation/Moving Forward. See Task 9.2 <br /> <br />Task 3: Leadership and Goal Setting <br />Purpose: Engage stakeholders to establish a Safety Commitment Resolution. <br />3.1 SAP WORKSHOP #1 (SAFETY LAUNCH) <br />CONSULTANT will plan for and conduct SAP Workshop #1 (Safety Launch). The workshop is <br />intended to lay the foundation to build a Vision Zero culture at all levels of City leadershi p, and <br />policymakers. The 2-hour workshop will introduce the project and its desired outcomes to local <br />government elected officials, staff, and safety stakeholders. Information for a Safety <br />Commitment Resolution will also be provided for the Launch. Stakeholders will be asked to <br />provide comments and input to inform the Safety Commitment Resolution. The meeting is <br />anticipated to be held in-person at City of Everett. <br />CONSULTANT will identify stakeholders to attend SAP Workshop #1 with input from the PMT. <br />CONSULTANT will prepare a stakeholder invitation list for review by City and Steering Team. <br />Stakeholder attendees are anticipated to consist of the following: <br />● City of Everett Staff: <br />o Emergency Medical/Fire Department <br />o Engineering <br />o Planning <br />o Police Department <br />● City of Everett Leadership <br />o Executive Leadership <br />o Elected officials <br />● Snohomish County <br />o Public Works <br />o Sheriff’s Office <br />o Health Department <br />● School Districts <br />o Mukilteo School District
