EXHIBIT A – SCOPE OF WORK <br />8 <br /> <br />4.3 SAP WORKSHOP #2: SAFETY ANALYSIS <br />CONSULTANT will plan for and conduct SAP Workshop #2 to present Tech Memo #1 crash <br />analysis, focus crash types, and emphasis areas. SAP Workshop #2 will be conducted in-person <br />and is anticipated to be 90-minutes in length. <br />CITY will provide facilities to conduct the workshop at no charge to the CONSULTANT. <br />Deliverables: Tech Memo #1: Safety Analysis Summary (MS Word format), SAP Workshop #2; <br />comment summary and response, invitations, agendas, and meeting summaries as applicable <br />Task 5: Engagement and Collaboration <br />Purpose: Engage stakeholders, including elected officials, staff, organizations, safety interest groups, <br />underserved populations, and the public, to provide input to plan development. <br />The SS4A Worksheet requires: <br />1. Engagement with the public and relevant stakeholders, including the private sector and <br />community groups <br />2. Incorporation of information received from the engagement and collaboration into the <br />plan <br />3. Coordination that included inter- and intra-governmental cooperation and <br />collaboration, as appropriate. <br />To achieve these objectives, CONSULTANT will conduct the activities as described below. <br />5.1 PROJECT WEBSITE <br />CONSULTANT will develop content for the existing project City of Everett webpage1. CITY will <br />make updates to the website using content provided by CONSULTANT. Website will include <br />project information and completed/approved Tech Memos. Website will include a feature to <br />allow for public comments to be submitted beginning with the SAP Workshop #1 and <br />culminating to inform preparation of draft SAP Final Report. <br />CONSULTANT will provide up to ten website updates to correspond to engagement and plan <br />drafting milestones. <br />CONSULTANT will draft up six social media posts for each of the four major proj ect milestones <br />to encourage engagement with Public Coordinate. These will include image recommendations. <br />CONSULTANT will prepare an online comment form on the project website that can be <br />distributed to stakeholders. CONSULTANT will prepare a summary of input received. <br />CONSULTANT will develop a Public Coordinate website (map-based interactive tool). Public <br />Coordinate will allow the public to provide comments to share on a virtual map -based platform. <br />Project website will incorporate or link to the Public C oordinate website.
