EXHIBIT A – SCOPE OF WORK <br />17 <br /> <br />CONSULTANT will submit the Final SAP to CITY for public posting. <br />9.4 COUNCIL/COMMITTEE PRESENTATIONS <br />CONSULTANT will present the final SAP Report to one City Council Meeting/Transportation <br />Committee Meeting <br />Deliverables: Safety Action Plan Report (v01, v02, v03, Final), SAP Workshop #4, Council/Committee <br />presentations. <br />Task 10. Progress and Transparency <br />Purpose: Prepare performance measures to report long-term progress. <br />CONSULTANT will prepare a reporting plan for the CITY to document and report progress <br />toward SAP implementation. The reporting plan will outline methods and format to report <br />progress towards SAP implementation. The reporting plan will include implementation <br />responsibility, frequency of reporting (e.g., annually by CITY), and will outline performance <br />metrics such as status of SAP recommendations (not-funded, in-progress, implemented). <br />Performance Reporting Framework will be included in the SAP Final Report. <br />Additional Services <br />Management Reserve: CONSULTANT will provide work directed by the City under the existing <br />scope of work.
