EXHIBIT A – SCOPE OF WORK <br />16 <br /> <br />CONSULTANT will prepare a comment summary and response matrix. <br />CONSULTANT will prepare draft Report (v03, Adobe InDesign format) based on Steering Team <br />comments. <br />9.2 SAP WORKSHOP #4 <br />CONSULTANT will plan for and conduct SAP Workshop #4. The purpose of the Workshop #4 will <br />be to: <br />1. Present the draft SAP Final Report, for review and comment <br />2. Present Safety Commitment Resolution Matrix <br />3. Discuss SAP implementation next steps <br />CONSULTANT will prepare and distribute an invitation to all stakeholders who attended the <br />Safety Launch. <br />CONSULTANT will prepare a meeting plan outlining date, time, agenda, and meeting materials. <br />The workshop will be a morning or afternoon workshop (3-hours) that begins with a general <br />session with all attendees. Potential workshop agenda includes: <br />● Hour 1: General session to present draft SAP Report including safety analysis, goals and <br />targets, systemic recommendations; draft Safety Commitment Resolution that <br />documents the City’s intent to commit to setting a date to reach zero fatalities and <br />serious injuries or setting one or more targets to achieve significant declines in roadway <br />fatalities and serious injuries by a specific date. <br />● Hour 2: Breakout groups to discuss implementation next steps, responsibilities, <br />challenges, issues, and opportunities. <br />● Hour 3: General session to report back on key aspects of break out discussion groups. <br />CONSULTANT will prepare meeting materials and collateral (presentation, handouts, boards as <br />applicable). <br />CONSULTANT will allocate a budget for a refreshment allowance and meeting materials and <br />collateral (presentation, handouts, boards as applicable). <br />CITY will provide facilities to conduct the workshop at no charge to the CONSULTANT. <br />CONSULTANT may use interactive tools such as Poll Anywhere to gather participant input. <br />CONSULTANT will provide staff to lead break-out groups. <br />CONSULTANT will summarize input received at the SAP Working #4 including discussion from <br />break-out groups. <br />9.3 SAFETY ACTION PLAN FINAL REPORT <br />CONSULTANT will submit the updated draft SAP Report (v04, Adobe InDesign format) to the <br />Steering Team for final review and comment. <br />Steering Team will provide written comments. <br />CONSULTANT will prepare a comment summary and response matrix.
