Downstream drainage leading from the site to a receiving body of water:
Runoff from the frontage of the project site drains south along the east curb line of 4th Ave
W until reaching a catch basin about 100 feet south of the project site. Flows continue in
the drainage system in a series of 12in pipes and catch basins along 4th Ave. W, Holly
Drive, Evergreen Way and Dorn Ave. until reaching and discharging into North Creek.
Critical areas that receive runoff from the site up to one-quarter mile away:
N/A
Special requirements and provisions for working near or within critical areas:
N/A
Areas on the site that have potential erosion problems:
N/A
Locations where surface water leaves the site:
The project site is within North Creek basin.
