Based on section 1-3.4.7 (MR7: Flow Control) of the 2019 Stormwater Management <br /> Manual for Western Washington and the following thresholds for the project site: The <br /> change in the peak 100-year runoff rate between the existing and developed conditions is <br /> less than 0.15 cfs, the project total effective impervious surface is less than 10,000 sq. ft., <br /> the project converts less than % acres of native vegetation, pasture, scrub/shrub, or <br /> unmaintained non-native vegetation to lawn or landscape and convert less than 2.5 acres of <br /> native vegetation to pasture therefore flow control (Min. requirement 7) will not be required <br /> on this project.
