When requested, the Contractor shall provide pricing per 1.01 C of this section for review <br />and approval by the Owner, prior to proceeding with the work. <br />1.4 CHANGE ORDERS <br />A. A change order to the work will be issued including one or more Request for Change <br />Proposals. The cumulative amount of adds and deducts along with the change in the <br />number of days approved in each individual RFCP shall be added to or deducted from <br />the Contract. The change order shall incorporate the RFCP forms, and all required back <br />up documentation into a lump sum contract adjustment. <br />B. The payment for work performed under the change order cannot be made until the <br />change order has been signed and approved as per 00 72 00-6. <br />C.
