City of Everett 00 21 13 - 9 <br /> <br /> <br />00 21 13 - 9 INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS <br /> <br />Contractor shall provide the City with copies of all permits for disposal and storage <br />of surplus materials within ten calendar days after award of the Contract. <br />1.22 POSTPONEMENT OF OPENING <br />A. The City reserves the right to postpone the date and time for receiving or opening of <br />Bids, or both, at any time prior to the date and time established in the Notice to Bidders. <br />Postponement notices shall be provided to Bidders in the form of addenda. <br />1.23 BUSINESS LICENSE <br />A.
