In the Park District PDO there is more flexibility in the <br />allowed location of off-street parking location for residential and nonresidential uses. <br />19.34.100 Location of off-street parking. <br />A. Parking Location—General Requirements for Residential Uses. <br />1. Required off-street parking for residential uses may be located anywhere within the Park <br />District PDO, which may be on a different lot than the dwelling unit served. <br />… <br />3. Private Access Drives. Parking on private streets and access drives within the Park District <br />PDO shall be allowed. The location of such on-street parking shall conform to standard <br />setbacks from intersections and driveways. <br />… <br />B. Parking Location—General Requirements for Nonresidential Uses. <br />… <br />2. For nonresidential uses, required off-street parking shall be located on property within 1,500 <br />feet of the building or use which it is required to serve. This distance shall be measured along <br />the access route.
