Other details that meet the purpose of the standards. <br />B. Articulated building entries. The primary entrance for all multifamily and multi-tenant <br />buildings must be designed as a clearly defined and demarcated standout architectural <br />feature of the building. Such entrances must be easily distinguishable from regular <br />storefront or private residential entrances on the building. A weather protection feature with <br />a minimum dimension of six feet by eight feet is required.. <br />
