A. Written policies and procedures consistent with requirements under this Contract and with <br />federal and state regulations, as applicable, shall be kept on file in the office of the Agency <br />and available for review. <br /> <br />B. Such policies and procedures shall include, but not be limited to: <br /> <br />1. Management Responsibility Plan, <br /> <br />2. Personnel and job descriptions; <br /> <br />3. Organizational chart; <br /> <br />4. Travel; <br /> <br />5. Fiscal management; <br /> <br />6. Grievance procedure; <br /> <br />7. Termination and Denial of Service policy; <br /> <br />8. Confidentiality Policy; <br /> <br />9. Location of handicap accessible facilities and services for homeless people <br />with special needs; and <br /> <br />10. Provision for bilingual public contact employees as appropriate. <br /> <br /> <br /> XVIII. DOCUMENTS ON FILE <br /> <br />A. Documents consistent with federal and state regulations, as applicable, shall be kept on file <br />in the office of the Agency and made available for review by the City and the County at <br />reasonable times. <br /> <br />B. Such documents shall include, but not be limited to: <br /> <br />1. Articles of incorporation/Tribal charter; <br /> <br />2. By-laws; <br /> <br />3. IRS nonprofit status certification; <br /> <br />4. Current Agency audit; <br /> <br />5. Insurance and bonding policies required by the Contract; and <br /> <br />6.
