The plans should be <br />revised to be legible at the full-size printed scale. See Section R106.1.1. <br />ANS: Plan have been scaled @ 24 x 36 per sheet <br />2. The plans should specify the applicable building codes, including but not limited to the 2018 IRC <br />and 2018 WSEC. See Section R106.1.1 and EMC Section 16.005.030. <br />ANS: All code used on these plan are either IRC 2018, WSEC 2018 <br />3. The proposed project involves converting a single-family residence into an adult family home <br />(ADF). The submitted AFH form does not include the floor plans on 8.5x11 sheets as required <br />per Section 3 of the form. <br />ANS: 8.5x11 sheets have been proved with submission <br />
