The performance requirements for the exterior <br />envelope components should be clearly and consistently specified. <br />11. Page P-2 states the project involves modifying 463 SF. However, the previously permitted garage <br />spaces in not legal. The total gross converted space is 572 SF (approximately 540 interior net <br />space). The house is required to have a whole house ventilation system. This may be addressed P-5, <br />but it is not clear. The drawings should include a clear statement to provide a whole house ventilation <br />system and specify the system requirements. See IRC Section R303.4. <br />Review of your project will be performed in the order received once the required documentation has been <br />submitted.
