That the city issue and sell in the <br /> 4 manner provided by statute, its serial negotiable coupon bonds <br /> 5 n imbered from one upward consecutively in the sum of Fifteen <br /> 6 Thousand (015,000.00) Dollars, for the purpose of raising funds <br /> 7 to carry into effect the foregoing proposition. Skid bonds shall <br /> 8 '.;ear interest at not to exceed the rate of six ( 6) per cent per <br /> 9 j annum, said interest t o be nayabl e semi-annually. That the <br /> vari ous annual maturities of said oonds shall commence with the <br /> 11 k imam& y ar after then date of issue of said bonds and shall end <br /> 12 on the -( ) year after the date of issue of said bonds. <br /> 13 That the various annual maturities of said bon ds shall( as <br /> 14 ! nearly as practicable) be in such amounts as will, together <br /> 15 I with the interest on all outstanding bonds, be met by an equal <br /> 16 annual, tax levy for the payment of said bonds and interest .
