r � That the city use the surplus remaining out of the funds raised from said issue of bonds in the sum of f15,000.00 after the said purchase of the above tracts of land for improving the same and installing equipment to make the same suitable 1 for the purpose of ciildrensi p lay grounds. 2 3 Section 2 . That the city issue and sell in the 4 manner provided by statute, its serial negotiable coupon bonds 5 n imbered from one upward consecutively in the sum of Fifteen 6 Thousand (015,000.00) Dollars, for the purpose of raising funds 7 to carry into effect the foregoing proposition. Skid bonds shall 8 '.;ear interest at not to exceed the rate of six ( 6) per cent per 9 j annum, said interest t o be nayabl e semi-annually. That the vari ous annual maturities of said oonds shall commence with the 11 k imam& y ar after then date of issue of said bonds and shall end 12 on the -( ) year after the date of issue of said bonds. 13 That the various annual maturities of said bon ds shall( as 14 ! nearly as practicable) be in such amounts as will, together 15 I with the interest on all outstanding bonds, be met by an equal 16 annual, tax levy for the payment of said bonds and interest .
