OP Section 4 : The proposition submitted shall be voted on in the following manner, to-wit : Every voter at such election desiring to vote IN 'FAVO'. of said pro-Dosed issue of bonds for park purposes and chhildrens' play grounds as described in this ordinance and for the acquiring and improving lands for park 1 i purposes and cA.ldrens' play grounds as set out in this ordinance 2 3 , shall vote a ballot containing the following statement of the 41 proposition by placing an (X) in the square on said ballot opposite and at the right of said statement, to-wit: 5 6 IIra FAVOR of the proposition for issuing park bonds 7 of the City of Everett in the sins of '"-15,000.00 for the purpose 8 of acquiring, by purchase or condemnation lands for nark 9 , purposes and c-hildrens' play grounds and for the improvement of 10 said lands and installation of play ground equipment therein, 11 12 Very voter at such election desiring to vote 13 AGAINST such : roposed issue of bonds for park purpoase as 14 mentioned and described in this ordinance, shall vote a ballot 15 containing the following statement of said proposition by 16 placing an (X) in the square on said ballet opposite and at the 17 right of said statement , to-wit : 18 AGsI?
