Ld Cols 1st Add 16 to 31 Inc. 7i6 Plat of Everett 8 E+ of r T 33 1 6 fl PI 11 9 % Section 4 : A special fund is hereby created to 10 be called Local Improvement District Fund No. 396 , which shall .1 consist in the aggregate of the several amounts assessed, levied 12 and collected on the several lots and parcels of land in said 13 '', Local Improvement District, and the proceeds of the sale of the 14 bonds of the said District for the purpose of defraying the costs 15 and expenses of such improvement. Out of said Fund shall be paid 16 I the bonds, the interest thereon and the entire cost of such 17 improvement. 18 Section 5 : The costs and expenses of such 19 improvement shall be defrayed by special assessments, payable in 20 ten (10) equal annual installments, with interest thereon at the 21 rate of six (6) per cent per annum under the mode of payment by 22 bonds as provided by law and the ordinances of said city. Bonds 23 bearing interest at the rate of six (6) per cent per annum, payab]e 24 on or before twelve (12) years from date of issue shall be issued 25 ' in payment of the costs and expenses of such improvement or the 26 City of Everett, may at its election sell said bonds and make 27 28 29 30 -3. 31 ,
