Grady Way, Suite 120 use middle driveway off 7100 Hardeson Road <br /> Renton,WA 98057 Everett,WA <br /> Project Number: M7211390 <br /> Permit No.: B2101-003 (Fuel Island) <br /> GENERAL INFORMATION <br /> At the request of John Turk with Vanir Construction Management, Mayes Terracon representative was on site for <br /> observation of Earthwork for the new 35KW Generator housekeeping pad at the Fuel Island, grid lines A/3.5. <br /> The construction documents referenced for this inspection include Electrical Plan page E21.-FI, dated 04/13/23. <br /> SUMMARY OF TESTING <br /> At the backfilled electrical trench of the new 35KW Generator housekeeping pad, Mayes Terracon representative <br /> tested the crushed rock fill with a standard 1/2"-diameter T-probe.
