5. The DRC will send out the Agreement to Mediate via DocuSign <br />prior to the interviews. <br />6. The City of Everett will not be party to any agreements that may <br />arise from mediation. <br />7. Some or all parts of the mediation process may take virtually using <br />secure and confidential means such as Zoom. <br /> <br /> <br />D.
