KIMBERLY CLARK CONVEYANCE/OUTFALL <br /> Description: In conjunction with Kimberly Clark design and construct a deep <br /> water outfall discharging to Port Gardner. Also design and construct a pump <br /> station and conveyance piping to pump effluent from the TFSC system to this <br /> deep water outfall. <br /> Location: A pump station at the WPCF and conveyance pipe west to Kimberly <br /> Clark. The deep water outfall will run south from Kimberly Clark to the southern <br /> end of Port of Everett property where it will enter Port Gardner <br /> Justification: (Need/Demand) Discharge of effluent from the WPCF when <br /> viewed in conjunction with all other WPCF's discharging into the Snohomish <br /> River, is detrimental to Snohomish River Estuary.
