Please add note or <br /> provide information accordingly. <br /> 4. It looks like the there will be a through penetration for washer/dryer machine next to the <br /> upper floor kitchen. Please provide notes and detail drawing per IRC 302.4 accordingly. <br /> 5. Please provide a certificated wall assembly cutsheet and include it into the set for the 1 hr <br /> fire resistant rated wall assembly. You may refer to UL U305 or similar. Please revise note <br /> and drawing accordingly. <br /> 6. Per IRC 308.4.2, safety glazing is required at hazard location, including but not limited to <br /> glass door, window next to door within 24"and etc.. Please add note on floor plan or <br /> elevation accordingly, B-1 door, B-2 door and B-1 window. <br /> 7. Please provide new deck stair and handrail section information per IRC 311.7. And please <br /> also show basement entry stair handrail section per 311.7.8.. <br /> 8. Whole house ventilation could be in the utility closet, however, there shall be louvers on the <br /> door to keep the air flow without obstacles. Ventilation shall be less than 1.0 sone. Please <br /> add note accordingly. <br /> 9. Please provide a minimum HSPF of 10.0 ductless mini split heat pump system specification <br /> and the location of the heat pump to claim option 3.4 per WSEC R406.3.
