Can you clarify the detail of the installation of <br /> the channel and revise as necessary? <br /> • On sheet SD-1.1, details 2 and 3 appear to have conflicting anchorage information as detail 2 shows two anchors <br /> vertically spaced on either side of the center line of the channel while detail 3 only has an anchor at the <br /> centerline of the channel. Please revise as required for clarity. <br /> • On the site plan (R&R Level Survey) it indicates that an area highlighted in green is to have <br /> polyurethane foam injection, but in the calculation package, JOB PHOTOS,the garage photo indicates <br /> the homeowner will be removing and replacing the garage slab. Can you clarify if the site plan is <br /> accurate and revise as necessary? <br /> Please use the Online Permitting Portal to check the status of all reviews.
