These comments address building issues only. <br /> Additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments including Public Works, <br /> Planning, and Fire. <br /> Code citations provided in the following review comments reference the Everett Municipal Code <br /> (EMC) and the 2018 International Building Code (IBC). Additional reference standards are listed in <br /> IBC Chapter 35. Amendments to the adopted building codes by Washington Administrative Code <br /> (WAC) Title 51 are incorporated into the referenced code citations. Two copies of supplemental structural calculations. <br /> Submittal documents shall contain sufficient information and detail to review the proposed project <br /> for compliance with the adopted codes.
