It appears that on Grid Line 3.3 a total <br />of 15-foot shear wall is shown and on Grid Line 3.7 a total of 6-foot shear wall is shown but <br />plans do not show the location of these shear walls. <br />24. Beam should be designed for floor live loads on spans <br />selected to produce the greatest load effect at each location under consideration per IBC <br />1607.12. It appears a detail for a steel frame is shown but it is unclear the where the <br />frame is located.
