CITY OF EVERETT
EVERETT Permit Services
The comments below were generated from this project's City of Everett Stormwater Reviewers. All questions shall be routed through this project's Public Works
Reviewer.
#
Document
Sht/Pg
Reviewer's Comment
Designer's Response
Initials
Review Comments from DEPARTMENT NAME: _Surface Water Management , REVIEWER NAME: _Cindy Cullen
1
Drainage
3,5
Page 3 says there will be 6,718 sf of new/replaced hard surface.
Report
Page 5 says there will be 6,428 sf. Clarify/revise in the drainage
report.
2
Drainage
9, various
BMP T5.10A must be designed per the specified dimensions in
Report
the Manual (e.g., 190 LF per 1,000 SF roof) and not a site -specific
infiltration rate. If the specified design criteria is met, full
infiltration is assumed. Document in the geotech report or
separate geotech letter that the separation to groundwater and
impervious layer is met per the Manual design requirements.
BMP T7.20 may be used with a site -specific infiltration rate that
is determined by pilot infiltration testing. All BMP T7.20
requirements must be met. This includes a greater separation to
groundwater than that required for BMP T5.10A. The separation
to groundwater and hardpan must be documented in the
geotechnical report or separate geotech letter (see SSC-5 in the
Manual).
The BMP T7.20 infiltration rate, as determined by pilot
infiltration testing, should be used in the model.
3
Drainage
10
It appears that #5 and #6 under "Other Hard Surfaces" needs to
Report
be updated.
