Predeveloped conditions <br />should be forested. See infiltration rate comment <br />above. <br />o Model demonstrating that developed conditions do <br />not exceed the 100-yr peak flow for existing <br />conditions by 0.15 cfs or more. (It appears that the <br />inputs are described on pg. 11, but please include <br />the modeling printout.) <br />• Verify that the precipitation scale is assigned to the model. <br />6 <br />Drainage <br />9,12 <br />The plans show a wetland at the rear of the property. If project <br />Report <br />hard surface discharges to the wetland, MR #8 applies to the <br />project. Discuss in the drainage report per the Manual <br />requirements. <br />7 <br />Operation & <br />- <br />Provide a copy of the Operation and Maintenance Manual <br />Maintenance <br />separately from the drainage report. At minimum, include the <br />Manual <br />appliable maintenance tables from the 2019 Manual and DCSS 4- <br />4.2(5). (Include the DCSS pump station tables). <br />8 <br />Declaration <br />- <br />Record the Declaration of Covenant and provide a copy to the <br />of Covenant <br />City prior to Public Works Permit issuance.
