9
Plans
Sheet 2
Show rock pad details per DCSS4-2.5 requirements for outfalls.
10
Plans
Sheet 2
Refer to the setback requirements in DCSS 4-4.1(3) and the
Manual. Provide a letter from the geotech addressing the
following:
• Whether lateral flow from the perforated stub -out will
impact the foundation wall. (Infiltration facilities require
a 100 ft setback from retaining walls unless the entire
facility is located at a lower elevation than the base of
the wall.)
• Whether lateral flow from the infiltration trench will
impact the house.
11
Plans
Sheet 2
Revise the infiltration note to reflect that at 1430 sf of roof
runoff is required to flow to the infiltration trench. The note is
needed so that there is under 5,000 sf of project effective
impervious surface, assuming the infiltration trench design
meets BMP T5.10A or PIT testing is used to design BMP T7.20.
12
Plans
Sheet 2
The driveway drain cannot connect to the perforated stub -out
due to plugging concerns. Also, bringing in non -roof runoff may
make it a UIC.
13
Plans
Sheet 2
Include a detail for the pump, and include information required
by DCSS4-2.3(10).
