2019 SWMMWW MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS SUMMARY
MR : MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
SSP : STORMWATER SITE PLAN
' MR#1 PREPARATION OF STORMWATER SITE PLAN:
Stormwater site plan follows section 6.10 of the City of Everett's standards.
MR #2 CONSTRUCTION OF STORMWATER POLLUTION PREVENTION
PLAN (SWPPP):
Refer to section IV for SWPPP.
' MR#3 SOURCE CONTROL OF POLLUTION:
NA. No source control pollutants pertain to the proposed project, therefore no BMP's are
required for the proposed project.
MR #4 PRESERVATION OF NATURAL DRAINAGE SYSTEMS AND
OUTFALLS:
The developed site drainage will be discharged into the existing combined sewer system
that drains to the south within a closed pipe system to follow its natural drainage path.
MR#5 ONSITE STORMWATER MANAGEMENT:
rFor onsite stormwater management (MR#5) list# 2 was used per Vol 1 section 2.5.5 of the
SWMMWW. Full dispersion was considered first however it was deemed infeasible due to
' the lack of native vegetation. Downspout full infiltration and bioretention was deemed
infeasible as the site lacks the necessary area to accommodate infiltration facilities within
' the required setbacks. Downspout Dispersion is infeasible because the site cannot provide
the required vegetated flow paths. Perforated stub out connections are also not feasible.
' The runoff from the roof will be tight lined to a detention system on the south side of the
project to continue to City's combined sewer system.
' Insight Engineering Co. - Stormwater Site Plan 12/30/20
-5-
I
