(Terracon) appreciates the opportunity to submit this proposal to Everett Parks and Facilities Department (Client) to provide an asbestos and lead inspection in support of the future renovation of three city park’s restrooms (project areas) located in Everett, Washington. Regulated Building Materials Consulting Services Lump Sum Regulated Building Material (RBM) Inspection, Analysis, and Report (includes items outlined in Section 2.0) $4,325 If this proposal meets with your approval, work may be initiated by returning an executed copy of the attached Agreement for Services (AFS) to joel.whelchel@terracon.com. Project initiation may be expedited by executing the AFS through the AdobeSign process initiated by Terracon. The terms, conditions, and limitations stated in the AFS and sections of this proposal incorporated herein, shall constitute the exclusive terms and conditions and services to be performed for this project.
