Asbestos and Lead Inspection <br />Everett Parks and Facilities Department | Everett, Washington <br />July 2, 2024 | Terracon Proposal No. P81247400 <br />Facilities | Environmental | Geotechnical | Materials 6 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ROOF SAMPLING AUTHORIZATION <br />Terracon Consultants, Inc. has been requested by our Client to sample the currently <br />installed roofing materials for determination of the presence of asbestos containing <br />materials. The sampling and analysis are being conducted for informational purposes. <br />As part of the sampling procedure, it may be necessary for Terracon to cut into the roofing <br />materials and remove the materials down to the roof deck or underlying substrate. Terracon <br />will repair the roof by applying temporary patching at the sample locations.
