<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8061 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION authorizing next steps for Covid Recovery (formerly ARPA) funded projects and <br />initiatives. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />A. The City of Everett is the recipient of $20,695,570 from the Coronavirus Local Fiscal <br />Recovery Fund, as authorized by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). These funds <br />represent a one-time opportunity to invest federal dollars toward the City’s most pressing <br />community challenges and recovery efforts. These funds must be spent within the <br />guidelines established by the U.S. Treasury, and they are separate from the City’s annual <br />budget process. <br /> <br />B.
