Everett Community College Early Learning Center (ELC) <br />($150,000) Provide funds to support ELC administrative operations to <br />allow for continued re-building of early childhood education programs <br />following threat of closure in 2021. Compass Health Intensive <br />Behavioral Healthcare Services ($1,000,000) Provide funds to support <br />the capital development of Phase 2 of Compass Health’s three phased <br />transformation of their campus on Broadway. This phase includes an <br />additional 16 bed inpatient evaluation and treatment unit and high- <br />intensity behavioral health services. <br />December 13, 2023 Adopt a funding resolution authorizing 2024 Budget Replacement in the <br />amount of $1,040,709 to support Clare’s Place ($200K), Human Needs <br />Fund ($456,800) VOA Senior Center ($300K), Bezos Rent Support <br />($69,120) and AHA dues ($14,789). <br />May 5, 2024 Adopt Budget Amendment #1 to include $700K for Council members to <br />each allocate $100K to Covid Recovery eligible projects and $100K to Council of <br />Neighborhoods. <br /> <br />C. On May 31, 2023, Council passed a resolution to create a City‐sponsored COVID recovery <br />fund which will be used to carry on the programs originally approved in Resolutions 7775, <br />7817, and 7878, and additional programs and projects approved through future Council <br />Resolutions. <br /> <br />D.
