This work will not require <br /> additional review by the City of Everett as it has been reviewed in principle on the issued construction <br /> drawing; final review responsibility is deferred to the EOR. Alternatively, the applicant is required to <br /> identify and submit the items listed below under separate permit applications for review and approval <br /> prior to construction, or they must be included in the current submittal documents. Work qualifying as <br /> shop drawings may be listed separately per the Exception of IBC section 107.1. <br /> Response: See Structural Plan Review Response Letter <br /> 'Submittal documents for the following components and systems are required to be reviewed and <br /> approved by the Engineer-of-Record(EOR)in accordance with IBC section 107.3. The submittals shall <br /> be prepared by a professional engineer(s) licensed in the state of Washington. The EOR shall perform <br /> a comprehensive review for conformance with the approved construction drawings and the referenced <br /> buildings codes.
