Include how you will analyze <br />policies and procedures and the operational environment. <br />Response: <br />Project Understanding and Approach <br />True North understands that the City of Everett is seeking to secure the <br />services of a qualified security consulting firm to complete a <br />comprehensive Threat and Vulnerability Assessment (TVA) to evaluate <br />Everett Transit’s vulnerability and susceptibility to an array of security <br />threats and form the basis for all preventative plans and mitigating <br />countermeasures. <br />TNCG understands that the TVA will include all of Everett Transit’s <br />locations shown below: <br />• Everett Station at 3201 Smith Ave., Everett, WA 98201, which is a <br />10-acre campus and 60,000-square-foot facility with multiple <br />tenants as well as Everett Transit Administration. <br />• Everett Transit Operations Center and Parking (Bldg. A) – 3225 <br />Cedar Street <br />• Everett Transit Maintenance Facility and Parking (Bldg. B) – 3225 <br />Cedar Street <br />• Mall Station – 1330 SE Everett Mall Way (Significant Origin / <br />Destination) <br />• College Station – 2200 Tower Street (Significant Origin / <br />Destination) <br />TNCG understands that this assessment is to provide the city with a <br />comprehensive security risk assessment and clear security goals, <br />objectives, and performance measures responsive to the current threat <br />and vulnerability environment and assessment of current state security <br />measures.
