<br /> <br /> <br />sales@tncg.com CONSULTING MADE PERSONAL PAGE 34 OF 57 <br /> <br />TASK 4 - Work with the City of Everett project staff to develop an internal <br />review process for the physical security implementation plan. <br />Revise plan based on internal review. <br />TASK 5 - Submit a final comprehensive physical security implementation <br />plan report that will include recommended upgrades, gap <br />analysis, migration strategies, timetables, and cost estimates for <br />security and program. <br />TASK 6 - Work with the City of Everett project staff to determine the process <br />for presenting the physical security implementation plan and <br />overview of findings, considerations, and recommendations to the <br />executive leadership as appropriate and necessary. <br />TASK 7 - Security Specifications/Standards - TNCG will discuss and <br />coordinate the requirements for specification/standard <br />documents with the City of Everett. These specifications/standards <br />will be used for future remodeling projects or new construction. The <br />specifications/standards will include (but may not be limited to): <br />• Security Protocols <br />• Entry/Exit Areas <br />• Lighting <br />• Video Surveillance <br />• Video Management <br />• Access Control <br />• Alarm Systems <br />
