Section 01 32 16 CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS SCHEDULE <br /> <br />City of Everett 01 32 16-2 June 2024 <br />WFP Air Scour Blower Building Replacement Issued for Bid <br />UP3813 <br />C. Review by the City or City’s Representative shall not constitute approval or <br />acceptance of the Contractor's construction means, methods, sequencing, logic, <br />order, precedence and succession of activities or Contractor’s ability to complete <br />the Work in a timely manner. <br />D. The review/approval of any schedule shall not transfer any of the Contractor’s <br />responsibilities to the City. <br />E. Subcontractors shall review all schedules prior to submittal. At the City’s option <br />and sole discretion, the City may require the Contractor to obtain written <br />acceptance of each schedule by subcontractors as practical and feasible, as the <br />schedule relates to subcontractors’ work. <br />1.04 UPDATES <br />A. A 3-week look ahead schedule shall be provided prior to each progress meeting. <br />At each progress meeting the 3-week look ahead and the Project Construction <br />Schedule will be reviewed and updated as necessary. All changes to the Project <br />Construction Schedule of more than three (3) working days shall be documented. <br />The Schedule shall be updated to show measures required to bring project back <br />on schedule. The Contractor alone shall remain responsible for adjusting forces, <br />equipment, and work schedules to ensure completion of the work within the <br />Contract Time. Any mistakes or errors in any schedule, including, but not limited <br />to, mistakes or errors of logic, order, precedence, and duration, are and remain <br />the Contractor's. <br />B. Should any activity not be completed by the stated scheduled date, the City will <br />have the right to require the Contractor to expedite completion of the activity by <br />whatever means appropriate and necessary, without additional compensation to <br />the Contractor. <br />C. The Schedule shall be used to justify time extension days requested by the <br />Contractor. For additional days requested, the Schedule shall be detailed enough <br />to identify the work item(s) affected and the relationship to the changed or added <br />work. <br />D. Schedule shall be provided during the construction meetings. Schedule shall be <br />on 11x17 papers and shall show current work progress. <br />PART 2 : PRODUCTS <br />Not Used. <br />PART 3 : EXECUTION <br />Not Used. <br />END OF SECTION 01 32 16
