The Field Record Drawings shall be kept in the Contractor’s site office and shall <br />be available for review by the City at all times. The Field Record Drawings shall <br />be maintained by the Contractor to reflect the current state of the work at all <br />times. The Field Record Drawings shall be updated at least daily, and any <br />changes occurring on one day shall be entered on the Field Record Drawings by <br />noon on the next working day. The Contractor and City shall review the record <br />drawings together at least weekly, during regular site meetings.
