Section 01 33 00 SUBMITTALS <br /> <br />City of Everett 01 33 00-6 June 2024 <br />WFP Air Scour Blower Building Replacement Issued for Bid <br />UP3813 <br />7. Part 7 - Safety: <br />a. Procedures: This part describes the safety precautions to be taken <br />when operating and maintaining the equipment or working near it. <br />8. Part 8 - Documentation: <br />a. All equipment warranties, affidavits, and certifications required by <br />the Technical Specifications shall be placed in this part. <br />C. The Contractor shall furnish to the City 4 identical Owner's manuals. Each set <br />shall consist of one or more volumes, each of which shall be bound in a standard <br />size, 3-ring, loose-leaf, vinyl plastic hard cover, locking, “Slant-D” style binder <br />with clear vinyl spine and front pockets suitable for bookshelf storage. Binder ring <br />size shall not exceed 2.5 inches. A table of contents indicating all equipment in <br />the manuals shall be prepared. <br />D. Owner's manuals shall be submitted in final form to the City not later than at the <br />date that 90 percent of construction substantial completion is attained. All <br />discrepancies found by the City in the technical manuals shall be corrected by <br />the Contractor within 30 days from the date of written notification by the City. <br />1.06 SPARE PARTS LIST <br />A. The Contractor shall furnish to the City 4 identical sets of spare parts information <br />for all mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment. The spare parts list <br />shall include the current list price of each spare part. The spare parts list shall be <br />limited to those spare parts which each manufacturer recommends be <br />maintained by the Owner in inventory. Each manufacturer or supplier shall <br />indicate the name, address, and telephone number of its nearest outlet of spare <br />parts to facilitate the Owner in ordering. The Contractor shall cross-reference all <br />spare parts lists to the equipment numbers designated in the Contract <br />Documents. The spare parts lists shall be bound in standard size, 3-ring, loose- <br />leaf, “Slant-D” style, vinyl plastic hard cover binders suitable for bookshelf <br />storage. Binder ring size shall not exceed 2.5 inches. <br />1.07 FIELD RECORD DRAWINGS <br />A. Between the date that Notice To Proceed becomes effective and the date that <br />the Owner accepts the entire work, the Contractor shall maintain one legible, <br />neatly marked set of full-size Field Record Drawings showing: Any and all <br />changes from the original Contract Drawings in location, elevation, or <br />configuration of all facilities, pipelines, valves, fittings, manholes, vaults, catch <br />basins, inlets, roads, site work and other pertinent items, whether existing or <br />new.
