Bidder, at the time of submitting this Bid and throughout the period of the contract, will remain licensed by the state of Washington to perform the type of work required under the Contract Documents. B. Bidder is skilled and regularly engaged in the general class and type of work required by the Contract Documents and has the capability to successfully manage construction projects. C. Bidder agrees to provide upon written request of the City all information related to its qualifications and those of its key personnel and its proposed Subcontractors. D.
